THUNDRA: 'Ignored By Fear' Release Date Announced

Norwegian metallers THUNDRA, who feature in their ranks former members of EINHERJER and ENSLAVED, will release their third album, "Ignored By Fear", on August 29 via Germany's Einheit Productions. The band says, "We finished mixing the [CD] two weeks ago. And it sounds great... really massive. We then sent the album to Dan Swanö at Unisound [in Sweden] for mastering. Two days later he already had done it. We checked the master over and over, and he gave the album that final pro sound. We are really happy with the final result!"

Thor Erik Helgesen (guitar, vocals) last year left THUNDRA to focus on other projects.

THUNDRA's sophomore album, "Worshipped by Chaos", was issued in February 2006 via Greece's Black Lotus Records. The CD was recorded and mixed at Black Dimension Studio with Stein Sund.
